Tinapa at Kesong Puti Omelet

Instructions
Step 1Sauté garlic, onion, tomato and tinapa in 1tbsp of oil. Add spring onion. Season with ½ sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Remove from the pan and set aside to cool. |
Step 2Beat 2pcs of eggs in a bowl and season with ¼ tsp of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Preheat and nonstick pan and add a little oil. Pour beaten eggs, stir until barely set and spread throughout the bottom of the pan. |
Step 3Add 2tbsp of the tinapa mixture and kesong puti on one side of the egg. Carefully slide on a plate and fold. Cook the rest of the ingredients. Serve warm. |
