Order Cancellations

a. You may cancel your order at any given time before its confirmation. Once confirmed, cancellations shall no longer be entertained and you can no longer change the products in your original order. To cancel, you may notify us by contacting us through any of the following means:
b. Refund or product returns shall only be entertained if filed within 7 days from the customer’s receipt of the products.
c. Only the following reasons may be validly considered for purposes of refund/returns:
  • delivery of wrong product
  • delivered product is damaged
  • incomplete delivery of products
