Korean-Style Egg Drop Sandwich

Ingredients

Instructions
Step 1Lightly spread 2 tbsp of butter on bread slices and toast until light golden brown. Set aside. |
Step 2Mix 2 tbsp of mayonnaise and sriracha hot sauce. Lightly spread on the inside of the toasted bread. |
Step 3Lightly sauté ham in oil. Place on top or the bread with the cheese. |
Step 4Beat and season eggs with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Melt butter in a nonstick pan and pour eggs. Cook until barely set. Place on top of the ham to assemble the sandwich. |
Step 5Mix remaining 2 tbsp of mayonnaise and NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada. Drizzle on top of the egg. Top with spring onion and serve. |
