Instructions
Step 1Sauté corned beef in its own oil until crispy. Remove corned beef and set aside. |
Step 2Sauté garlic in oil. Strain and set aside for topping. |
Step 3Sauté onion in the same oil. Strain and set aside for topping. |
Step 4Add rice in the same pan. Fluff for 2 mins. Make a well in the center of the pan and pour beaten egg. Stir and cook until just set. |
Step 5Drizzle MAGGI® Savor Classic on fried rice and gently fluff. Transfer on a serving plate, top with crispy corned beef, sautéed onion, toasted garlic and spring onion. Serve immediately. |
