One-Pan Egg Toast

Instructions
Step 1Beat 3pcs of eggs with ¾ tsp of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. |
Step 2Melt ½ tbsp of butter in a nonstick pan, swirl and pour beaten eggs. Place 2 pcs of white bread and cook over low heat for 1min. |
Step 3Flip the egg to cook the other side. Fold the sides of the egg to fit inside the bread. Grate 1tbsp of cheese on one side of the egg and spread 1 tbsp of the mayonnaise on the other side. |
Step 4Fold the bread to form the sandwich. Add another ½ tbsp of butter to toast the bread until golden brown. |
Step 5Remove from the pan and set aside for 1min before slicing and serving. Repeat until 6 sandwiches are assembled and served. |
