NOVASOURCE® RENAL is a delicious nutritional supplement low in potassium and specifically formulated for the dietary management of individuals with chronic or acute renal disease and those requiring electrolyte restrictions. It is calorically dense for volume restricted diets. It contains vitamins, minerals and high in Vitamin B6. One pack provides 475 kcal (2.0kcal/mL).

INGREDIENTS: Water, Glucose Syrup, Vegetable Oil (Low Erucic Acid Rapeseed), Milk Proteins (Sodium and Calcium Caseinates), Sucrose, Soy Protein Isolates, Minerals (Potassium Citrate, Calcium Carbonate, Sodium Chloride, Magnesium Oxide, Potassium Chloride, Zinc Sulphate, Ferrous Sulphate, Copper Gluconate, Manganese Sulphate, Chromium Chloride, Potassium lodide, Sodium Selenite, Sodium Molybdate), Emulsifier (Soy Lecithin E322), Stabilizers (Cellulose E460, Cellulose Gum E466), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid E330), Choline Chloride, Vitamins (C, E, Niacinamide, Calcium Pantothenate, B6, B2, B1, Folic Acid, Beta-carotene, A, Biotin, D3, K1, B2), L-Carnitine, Taurine, Natural and Artificial Flavourings.

Unopened, store in a cool dry place. Once opened, cover, refrigerate and use within 24 hours. If poured out of the pack, cover tightly and use within 6 hours. RECOMMENDED DAILY INTAKE: Up to four (4) packs a day depending on patient’s fluid and protein requirement or restrictions, or as recommended by a healthcare professional.

SERVING INSTRUCTIONS:

Tube feeding: Pour directly into tube feeding container

Adjust formula flow rate and volume to patient’s condition and tolerance.

Provide additional water to meet fluid requirements. Avoid contamination during preparation and use. Do not add food or drugs, if product is tube-fed. Oral feeding: Chill before serving.

CONTRAINDICATION: Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the listed ingredients.
