Instructions
Step 1Season chicken with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Coat well with flour and set aside for 5mins. |
Step 2Toss the chicken again in flour and fry in preheated oil over medium high heat for 10mins or until golden brown. Transfer on a cooling rack to drain excess oil. |
Step 3Mix mayonnaise, garlic and pepper. Spread mayonnaise mixture on toasted buns. Assemble lettuce, tomato, onion and freshly cooked fried chicken. Serve immediately. |
