What is Digitindahan?

The DigiTindahan is an online platform within the Barangay Nestlé website, which makes it accessible for you to purchase Nestlé products, by connecting you with GDEC, Great Deals E-Commerce Corporation (“GDEC”), the official e-commerce distributor of Nestlé Philippines, Inc. (“Nestlé”) who will in turn receive, process, complete and fulfill your purchase.

 

Are there any benefits to having a member account?

You will be updated on our upcoming discounts and promotions when you register, and you will be eligible to earn and redeem points in our loyalty and rewards program.

How to order? (Step by step)

1. Go to https://www.digitindahan.com.ph/

2. Add to cart your favorite Nestlé products.

3. Click the Checkout button and fill out your shipping address and billing information.

4. Choose your preferred payment option upon check out.

5. Wait for the order number after payment. You can also check the order confirmation sent to your registered email. 

Is there a fee upon signup?

There is no registration fee upon sign-up.

Do I need to register for an account on the website before making any purchase?

No, you can still purchase products as a guest but we encourage you to be a member so you will be eligible to join our loyalty and referrals reward program.

How do I make a return?

1. To return, you may notify us by contacting us through any of the following means:
    a. Live chat on the webstore

2. Product returns shall only be entertained if filed within 7 days from the customer’s receipt of the products.

3. Only the following reasons may be validly considered for purposes of returns:
    a. Delivery of wrong product
    b. Delivered product is damaged
    c. Incomplete delivery of products

How would I know that my payment went through successfully?

After payment, you will see a "Payment Successful" message. Then you will be redirected to the checkout page that includes your "Order Number" and "Order details". An email confirmation will also be sent to your registered email.

If your payment choice is COD, "order number"  and "order details" will immediately appear in the checkout page. An email notification will also be sent to your registered email as confirmation. 

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on your site?

Yes it is safe. Shopify is working with a number of trusted payment gateways to ensure the security of your payment. DigiTindahan uses an independent payment gateway. DigiTindahan and its Distributors will not have access to your credit/debit card information.
